Job Description: - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Friendly and supportive team - Full time permanent opportunity About the Role: The Intake Clinician, under the guidance of Team Leaders, Managers, and the Community Clinical Director, collaborates closely with the Intake Registrar, partner Intake and Assessment Clinician, and multidisciplinary teams across the Mental Health Service to coordinate referrals and assessments. Classifications for this position will range from RPN Grade 4 NP75 - NP77 ($121,274 - $ 130,603 per annum pro rata) - Manage the Intake and Assessment position duties in collaboration with the partner Intake and Assessment clinician. - Collate, analyse, and review referral information from internal and external sources, and proactively obtain additional information where required - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by reviewing and updating referrals, assessments using relevant systems, including CMI, PAS, MRO, and SharePoint.
