Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: Private Banking: Reports to: SVP, Private Banking: Status: Exempt/Officer: Grade: 12: Salary Range: $102,570 - $147,544: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Experienced and client-focused, works in conjunction with the SVP, Private Banking to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in the market(s) served. Works personally and is responsible for delivering customized banking, lending and wealth management solutions while upholding the bank’s community-focused values and commitment to personalized service. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office presence, client site visits, and remote work. Regular in-person client meetings. Travel requirement primarily within the local market and surrounding regions, with occasional travel for industry events and internal meetings.
