TRIA is looking to hire a Surgical Technologist to join our surgery center team! Position Summary: The Surgical Technologist practices under the direction of a Registered Nurse in an autonomous and collegial manner, integrating, critical thinking skills, commitment, creativity and caring. Work Schedule: Casual requirement of one shift per two-week pay period. Variable start times between 0600–0900 with 8-hour shifts. Scheduled Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday coverage as needed. Required Qualifications: - Must be certified through one of the following Surgical Technologist Programs: CST ( https://nbstsa.org/examinations-cst.html ) or NCCT ( https://www.ncctinc.com/General/VerifyCertification.aspx ) at time of hire or obtain the certification within 12 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
