Job Description: Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to work in our Internal Medicine department. The APP will share a panel of patients, with the main focus to have the APP see acute visits / hospital follow-up’s / return visits / pre-operative visits. Additional, to provide support to providers when needed such as with pager/pool/patient visits. This is an outpatient only position.
