Job description

We are seeking a Lead – Physical Security Operations in our Broomfield, CO location to oversee the operational coordination and continued development of our global physical security program. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approval. This role ensures that crisis response, travel risk, site-level security inputs, third-party considerations, and intelligence updates are integrated into a structured and actionable operational framework. You will work closely with the Principal Security Specialist – Investigations (who leads intelligence and security crisis management) and the Senior Security Professional – Risk Mitigation (who manages executive protection and travel risk programs) to maintain a coordinated, enterprise-wide response capability.
