Job Summary Production Planner I is responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role involves working closely with various teams to optimize production efficiency and meeting customer demands. The individual’s attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across teams will contribute to the overall success of the operation. This position may require minor travel and may require some after normal business hours reviews of production plans. Duties and Responsibilities: - Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, material availability, and production capacity. - Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of materials for production and safety stocks.
