Description The Video Writer and Producer is an individual contributor responsible for contributing to the creative vision, instructional integrity, and production quality of video-based learning experiences. This role leads scripting, and on-screen production, collaborating closely with SMEs, technical writers, and learning designers to ensure video content effectively supports adult learning objectives. The position also serves as a producer and on-set director, overseeing planning, talent coaching, quality assurance, and feedback incorporation while ensuring smooth execution of each shoot. NCCER is looking for a creative, committed, organized, and detail-oriented Lead Video Writer and Producer with a passion for helping to deliver self-paced, mobile-friendly training courses for construction craft professionals.
