As Senior Product Owner for In-Life Stores and Cross Sell and Upsell, you will own critical digital journeys that support customers mid contract, helping them make confident choices that work for them and for the business. You will lead the evolution of our in-life digital store experience, bringing together commercial goals, customer needs and technical delivery. Working closely with UX, engineering, analytics and a broad stakeholder group, you will use insight, experimentation and user research to prioritise the right problems, design better experiences and land improvements that drive retention, reduce avoidable contact and grow lifetime value.
