Job Description Summary Are you a strong accounting professional with deep controllership experience and a passion for accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement? We are looking for a Lead Finance Specialist – Accounting Operations to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial records across the region while driving high-quality close, statutory reporting, and governance processes. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Corporate teams, and external stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close activities, support statutory and US GAAP reporting, manage reconciliations, and strengthen internal controls. You will also help lead transformation and simplification initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across legal entities.
