About the role: Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development , this national role sits within our People Team and is responsible for the end‑to‑end governance, administration and continuous improvement of competency and credential frameworks for technical and project staff. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring WSP meets legislative, client, safety and professional body requirements, while also enabling workforce mobility, risk management and capability uplift across regions and projects.
