Job Responsibilities Include: - Operating trucks, tractors, backhoes, front-end loaders, mowers, snowplows and other equipment related to preventive and corrective maintenance. - Responding to emergencies as needed during and after hours to include snow and ice removal. - Performing manual labor with members of grounds crew in the maintenance of grounds and facilities when there is no need for heavy equipment operation. - Monitoring security of equipment and facilities, reporting unusual conditions to supervisor.
