In this role, you play a key part in ensuring safety, reliability, and customer success across a wide range of industrial applications. - Install, maintain, and repair industrial X-ray inspection systems at customer sites - Perform preventive maintenance , troubleshooting, and system upgrades - Provide on-site, remote, and phone-based technical support to customers - Conduct customer training and system acceptance testing - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently - Willingness to travel extensively (80%) within the U.S. and internationally as required by the role What you should bring: - High School Diploma or GED required ; Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field preferred - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment ma...
