Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for ready mix concrete. This position staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in-line with the Company Vision and Values. In addition, the Sales manager will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and market share in the Division.
