Houston NY Mgmt We are currently searching for a Branch Manager with excellent management and branch sales experience to join our dynamic team! This role manages all aspects of a branch - accountable for financial performance (P&L), new business development, customer experience, coaching and complying with all policies and procedures. The Branch Manager has in-depth knowledge and relationships within the community they serve. Executive presence coupled with authenticity and thoughtfulness in approach are critical for fit for the role. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the branch achieves budgeted results and effectively manages risk. The Branch Manager is responsible to develop new business with a focus on small business loans and further expand existing business relationships while attracting new money.
