Divisional Safety Manager

SRM Concrete is seeking an experienced Division Safety Manager to lead and execute safety initiatives across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, partnering closely with operations and senior safety leadership to uphold company-wide safety standards. This role serves as the primary safety resource for regional leadership, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, driving risk mitigation efforts, conducting audits and investigations, and delivering hands-on training and coaching to plant and field teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive, field-focused leader with strong regulatory knowledge and a proven ability to foster a positive, best-in-class safety culture in industrial or construction environments throughout the DFW region.
