Company: Mercer Description: Capability Manager — Risk Capability & Learning Location: Sydney or Melbourne (hybrid) | Employment type: Full time, 12 months contract. You’ll design, coordinate and embed the learning and tools to lift risk maturity across the organisation. This hands‑on capability role combines learning strategy, content design, training operations and governance alignment to ensure leaders and teams have the knowledge, skills and evidence to fulfil their risk responsibilities. What can you expect?: A high‑impact role partnering with multiple business teams to translate risk and regulatory requirements into practical learning and toolkits. A mix of strategic planning (learning roadmap, target audiences) and delivery (content creation, asset production, training operations). Responsibility for auditable training evidence and reporting to support risk/compliance governance.
