Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC Regular: PRIMARY FUNCTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Traffic Administrator. The Traffic Administrator will play a critical role in the execution of meeting customer shipping delivery dates for our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling trucks with carriers and working with shipping teams ensuring requirements are successfully met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Scheduling transportation for inbound and outbound shipments for customers. Communicating and negotiating with multiple carrier companies to secure the most cost effective pick-up/deliveries. Preparing required documentation to include Bills of Lading. Filing applicable documentation in designated folders. Adhere to all transportation policies and procedures. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time shipments. Validate all documentation for accuracy in a timely manner. Support management with claims as required. Identify opportunities for improving processes.
