Job description

We are looking for a Project & Change Manager for a global company in Stockholm with possibility of 50% remote work. Start is in June 2026, 8-month limited contract to begin with, high possibility of extension after that. Overview: This Project/Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organizations are fully prepared to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working that result from major projects and transformations. This position bridges the gap between project delivery teams and business stakeholders, focusing not just on the technical or operational implementation of solutions, but on the people side of change—making certain that new initiatives are embraced, adopted, and sustained within the organization.
