Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84/Hr. - CAD $41.35/Hr. Summary: Join our Hemodialysis Unit as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. As part of an interprofessional nephrology team, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills in pre, during, and post-dialysis care, while learning to assess, plan, and document patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with RNs/RPNs for advanced care, all while adhering to the highest professional standards and contributing to the mission of Providence Health Care. What You Bring: Education: - Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses with the full range of current licensed practical nursing competencies, and successful completion of a recognized Dialysis Program for Licensed Practical Nurses plus one (1) year recent related experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in acute care, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
