Job description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review, validate, and finalize all technician paperwork within Quickbase, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements. - Verify that all required job attachments are properly uploaded and associated with each service job in Quickbase prior to closeout. - Input and manage all freight tickets in Quickbase in a timely and accurate manner. - Perform spooling and freight reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with internal stakeholders. - Manage field service technician tooling (meters/clamps), including annual replacement, recalibration scheduling, spare inventory tracking, and distribution. - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. - Provide after-hours operational support on a rotating schedule, including every other week and alternating weekends, to support urgent field service needs. - Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
