About the Role/Team The Senior Manager, Data Migration Consulting leads a team responsible for delivering high-quality data migration consulting services across all WEX Health & Benefit platforms. This role combines people leadership, deep technical expertise, and strategic oversight to ensure successful execution of complex migration engagements. The manager will lead and oversee migration efforts across platforms, guide technical design decisions, and drive continuous improvement of migration processes and tools. This role is also responsible for mentoring team members, governance of migration assets, and participating in cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑performance migration solutions.
