Job Description Summary Responsible for leading all maintenance, facilities, and infrastructure activities required to support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This role oversees the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment, plant utilities, and facility systems. The position supervises maintenance personnel and coordinates external contractors and service providers. In addition, the Maintenance and Facilities Manager serves as a project leader for facility upgrades, equipment installations, capital improvements, and infrastructure initiatives across the plant. This role requires strong operational judgment, technical depth, project management capability, and the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
