Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join their team. This role is essential for the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of tools and dies used in stamping and automated production. You'll work with advanced machinery and CAD software, contributing to both new product development and the optimization of existing processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support production and new product development. Operate grinding and other machine tools to craft and maintain components to exact specifications. Conduct regular inspections and QA/QC checks, ensuring all parts meet quality standards and specifications. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and dies, maintaining steel components and ensuring equipment readiness. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship in tool and die making is preferred. 3+ years of experience in tool and die making, with strong knowledge of stamping and automated machinery.
