Description Brothers Bar & Grill, Fort Collins, CO has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager works closely with the entire management team to provide outstanding guest experiences and a positive work environment for all team members. The Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management and assuring outstanding guest experiences. $20 per hour and 40 hrs a week Benefits: paid vacation: Health Insurance: Dental Insurance: Vision Insurance: 401K: Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management or supervision Bartending and/or Restaurant Serving experience required - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software - Full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management and guest satisfaction - Detail oriented and well developed time management skills - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to coach, train and teach co-workers - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
