FT, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, Paid for Full Day regardless of clients scheduled, PTO, No Work on Holidays, Company Vehicle, and Uniforms. Paid Training and room for Advancement. Position Summary/Purpose: Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Follow Rainbow’s uniform policy · Utilize Rainbow 17 Steps to World Class Customer Service System · Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as ability to perform water mitigation, fire restoration, odor control, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.) · Communicate effectively with customers · Perform basic equipment maintenance · Perform basic vehicle maintenance · Inspect completed work · Complete technician’s daily log · Complete Work Orders · Complete appropriate restoration documentation · Keep a clean and neat job site at all times, leaving the first-class impression of our work · Participate in an “On-Call” rotation for after-hours service calls.
