What you will be doing: - Leads global compensation related projects including wage analysis, development and communication of policies and guidelines. - Partners with International HR and business partners to determine appropriate compensation packages for expatriate assignments. - Partners in the design and execution of global HRIS resources as they relate to global compensation (Oracle). - Manages established compensation programs through the HRIS systems including objective setting, performance reviews, merit process, bonus process, and creates global communications for each program. - Tracks, analyzes and reports on year over year merit and bonus budget.
