A position as postdoc (50% time) in the field of validation and clinical implementation of user-operated audiometry, is vacant at The Research Unit of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology (ORL), the Department of Clinical Research , Faculty of Health Sciences , University of Southern Denmark . The position will be combined with an employment at Odense University Hospital (OUH). The position is limited to 1.5 years starting September 01, 2026. Job description: The University of Southern Denmark, Department of Clinical Research, offers a position as a postdoc in relation to the User-operated Audiometry (UAud) project. The overall aim of the project is to validate and implement user-operated audiometry as a clinically reliable alternative to manually conducted audiometry in hearing aid rehabilitation. Building on completed and ongoing clinical studies, the postdoctoral project focuses on further validation, implementation in real-world clinical settings, and evaluation of different patient care pathways.
