Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales The Floor Lead will assist the Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager in successfully maintaining the sales floor and sales goals, front-end and visual, per customer standards. Ensure that production goals are met or exceeded consistently. Ensure maximum sales performance through proper merchandise rotation, visual merchandising, signage, and optimal inventory levels.
