You know how to build trust quickly, negotiate confidently, and keep momentum through complex conversations. You’re equally comfortable speaking with passionate enthusiasts, experienced collectors, dealers, and first-time buyers. You understand the psychology behind buying and selling vehicles and know how to create win-win outcomes while protecting company margins. You thrive in fast-moving environments where autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail matter. You’re proactive, resilient, and naturally relationship-driven, with a genuine passion for classic and performance vehicles. You speak fluent English and French, communicate clearly, and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, auctions, and customer support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. About the role: You’ll own and drive post-auction deal activity, helping buyers and sellers successfully complete transactions after an auction ends without reserve being met or where additional negotiation opportunities exist.
