Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary plus incentives, depending on experience. Schedule: This position may require responding to calls after hours and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when operational needs arise. Overall Expectations or Position Purpose: The Driver Manager is responsible for communicating all pertinent freight information to drivers in a region of assigned responsibility. Supervise and maintain equipment providing load capacity. Work directly with internal employees and manage expectations against operational capabilities.
