Post Location-Hesperia/Victorville Schedule- Part-time, 2-4 days per week. Must be available weekends and holidays. Terms- 90-day probationary period, part-time, at-will. Observe, take appropriate action, report. Your hours are merit based, measured through your attendance, performance, and conduct. Pay Range- $17.25-18.25: Must Have: - Update, complete resume in Month/Date format with all relevant experience listed. Yes, all of it. - Active Guard Card (California) - Driver’s License-clean driving record - Driving required 50% - 1 or more years of professional experience in the security industry. - Reliable personal transportation and working cell phone - Clear background - Two professional references (not relatives) - Professional appearance and demeanor - High School diploma/GED required; some college preferred - Physically able to walk and/or drive continuously for 2+ hour periods Preferred skill set: - 3+ years of experience in the professional security industry - Active site experience, meaning constantly moving, engaging, taking appropriate action.
