YOUR ROLE: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are operationally responsible for one of our clients in Roosendaal. In this leadership role, you work closely with your team to continuously optimize work processes. You focus on achieving the highest levels of quality and productivity and can elevate your team to the next level. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?: You have an eye for deviations or anomalies within the processes you know from A to Z and initiate improvements, coordinating these with the Operations Manager. Operations run during the day shift, and you align your working hours (between 06:00 and 18:00) flexibly with the rest of the team. Your team consists of an Assistant Supervisor, and you will also lead 8–12 operational employees who carry out daily tasks. In addition, you will have frequent contact with the Customer Service department and coordinate daily with your fellow Supervisors at this location.
