What You'll Be Doing: - Operate loader equipment to safely and efficiently move raw and finished materials - Load customer and company trucks accurately while meeting production demands - Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues promptly - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard area - Follow all safety procedures and actively promote safe work practices What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated capability to safely operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders - Strong safety awareness and commitment to following operational guidelines - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outdoor industrial setting - Effective communication skills to coordinate yard and loading activities - Willingness to learn site-specific processes and adapt to daily operational needs Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment - Capability to climb ladders, steps, and equipm...
