POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Learning Operations & Technology is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of AtlantiCare’s enterprise learning technology ecosystem, with primary ownership of Oracle Learning within Oracle HCM Cloud. This role serves as both a people leader and technical product owner , overseeing LMS administration and a team of systems trainers (e.g., EHR and Revenue Cycle), while ensuring learning technologies, integrations, and data processes effectively support workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across the organization. The Manager partners closely with Learning & Development, HRIS, Information Technology, Compliance, and clinical/operational leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-centered learning solutions. This role drives continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and system optimization, and plays a key role in advancing AtlantiCare’s digital learning strategy.
