Job Description The Pavement Preservation Field Worker supports pavement preservation operations by performing a variety of field-based tasks to safely and efficiently deliver high-quality roadway treatments. Field Workers are expected to contribute across functions, support team success, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times. This position is designed to be flexible and may include work as a flagger, laborer, equipment operator, or truck driver depending on operational needs, training, and qualifications. Specific openings for this position vary throughout the construction season.
