About the Role: As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping your experience with Longton Compensation Lawyers. From initial enquiries to booking consultations, you’ll ensure each client feels supported and informed throughout the process. This is a people-focused role where care, communication, and organisation come together to create a positive start to every client’s journey.
