Job DetailsJob Location: Wallington Jr./Sr. High School - Wallington, NJ 07057Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.13 - $17.00 Hourly Position Overview: Under the direction of the Site Coordinator and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Boys & Girls Club of Lower Bergen County, the Youth Development Professional is responsible for the implementation of after school programs/ activities. The YDP implements a wide-ranging program plan that helps nurture and harvest the potential of Club members. The individual will role model our core values of honesty, respect and responsibility and work daily to develop personal and meaningful relationships with members, volunteers, program participants and others. Qualifications: Must possess knowledge and understanding of working with junior school aged children. Be a self‐starter and perform job with little supervision. Possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Possess the ability to follow written and oral directions. Experience / or knowledge in developing and implementing programs that nurture the potential of youth. Must be honest, in good health, accurate, have a neat appearance, and a courteous manner....
