Job Title: Manufacturing Production Lead Operator Job Description: Production Lead participates in planning and disseminating work orders for the assembly of, a particular set of products, that are intended for the use of cleaning and maintaining semi-conductor equipment. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in hands-on assembly and the application of materials in a production capacity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement to establish effective working relationships. The successful candidate takes pride in their hands-on skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. Production Lead must be able to perform a wide array of essential functions in production and manufacturing lines as needed. Excellent attendance is crucial for success. Duties: Review daily work orders, plan and schedule work as needed to meet the demands of customer expectations.
