Job description

The IT VMO Program and Insights Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving Carlisle’s IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) operating model, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights, program execution, and vendor lifecycle governance. This role serves as a key driver of VMO maturity by owning vendor data, RFx execution, commercial negotiation support, and vendor performance management. The role partners closely with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure vendor decisions are informed, scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
