The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of global mobility services within and into EMEA , ensuring that international assignments and permanent international relocations are executed in a compliant, cost-effective and employee-centric way. Regional scope and alignment may be expanded depending on volumes and business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to HR Business Leads, People Services and line managers, this role provides expert guidance on mobility strategy, policy application and risk. Based in the Poznań hub , the Global Mobility Manager also plays a key role in driving operational excellence, data quality and continuous improvement across the Global Mobility value stream.
