Your Key Responsibilities: - Provides overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department. - Coordinates and implements HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility. - Assist employees and managers with requests for information, - Analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them. - Work closely with employees, providing functional advice on HR-related matters - Act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required. Required: Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Human Resources, or a related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools - Experience managing multiple tasks simultane...
