Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Busser for The Belvedere who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. - Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group - Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property - Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities: - Prepares for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils. - Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations. - Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility. - Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities. General Requirements: - Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people - Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment - An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work on the weekends and holidays - To frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement Benefits we offer: We...
