Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift (Off-Shift Opportunity) 2nd Shift Hours: 3PM – 11PM Monday - Friday with some Saturday work as needed. 3rd Shift Hours: 11PM – 7AM Sunday - Thursday with some Friday work as needed. Pay Range: $25 – $35/hour (based on experience and capability) plus Shift Differential ($2.50/HR). What You’ll Do: Perform full setup and operation of CNC mills (lathe experience also valued) Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and GD&T to produce precision components Select tooling, set offsets, and dial in programs to meet tight tolerances Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Partner with engineering and quality teams...
