This position assists and represents the Executive Director by enhancing the department's effectiveness, building inter-departmental relationships, ensuring the successful completion of self-led projects, and providing a broad range of administrative support. Essential Duties: Assist the Executive Director by reading, researching, and routing correspondence. Work collaboratively across multiple departments to accomplish various projects and assignments. Prepare action plans from meetings, distribute to necessary parties, and ensure successful completion with intentional follow-up.
