Koniag Data Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a Secret Security clearance to support KDS and our government customer at Ft. McNair, DC. The position is onsite with possibly hybrid availability. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: - Work with the Information Management Office (IMO) to facilitate support to all personnel by tracking support requests, initiating Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) tickets as needed, and supporting the IMO in ensuring that requested support is provided in a timely manner. - Support timely resolution and escalation of issues coordinating with applicable POCs, initiating service tickets, coordinating with stakeholders, and local NECs to facilitate resolution of issues. - Support service desk management by monitoring and managing communication channels to ensure prompt identification and response to end users...
