Our Strategic Priorities & Coordination team is seeking an Administration Coordination Officer to provide high‑quality business, coordination and administrative support within the Ministerial Services Branch. The role supports complex, high‑profile work and plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely and well‑coordinated outcomes in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will provide high‑quality coordination and administrative support for ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, briefings and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will support branch reporting, projects and events, maintain records and trackers, and provide a range of general administrative services including financial processing, travel coordination and HR‑related support. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to efficient processes and support the effective operation of a fast‑paced, high‑profile team.
