Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Engineering & Maintenance Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Works directly for the Facilities Management Program Manager in the construction, repair and preventative maintenance of various utilities and building infrastructure systems within the Roswell Park campus; works assigned shift and primarily on systems, including but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, steam and condensate, chilled water and condensing water, domestic, sewer and fire protection water systems; works occasionally on electrical, painting, and carpentry work; performs troubleshooting and repair activities; participates proactively in the energy conservation initiatives of the organization; assists in carrying out Joint Commission (TJC) related activities. The starting annual salary for this position is $66,690 and this can include a comprehensive benefits package.
