Product Management Leader for Individual Marketplace

As the Technology Product Management Leader, you are an integral part of the Individual Marketplace (IM) Leadership Team, operating within SAFe Agile frameworks, owning the PM/PO community of practice, and ensuring delivery processes are consistent, measurable, and continuously improving. The portfolio of products include: Individual Healthcare Marketplace enrolment platform(s) Benefits / Spending Accounts (HSA, HRA, LSA, etc.) ICHRA product development: Contact center efficiency and excellence enablement Data & analytics strategy, including internal and external reporting capability advancement Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Deliver the product vision and strategy aligned with IM’s overall goals and growth strategy, partnering closely with IM leadership. Client & Market Focus: Gather feedback directly through consistent engagements with external stakeholders including clients, WTW vertical business leaders, industry analysts, partners, and industry bodies. Stay abreast of customer, industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments related to the IM business.
