Tickmill is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will support the Company in expanding its business operations for multi-asset products in the Turkey region.: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates , to drive new client acquisition. The role is highly focused on expanding the company’s reach by developing new relationships with potential partners, with a strong emphasis on onboarding IBs who can refer high-value clients. This role involves prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and managing the onboarding of new IBs, ensuring they are successfully integrated into the company’s partnership structure.
