Responsibilities: Support talent sourcing and attraction activities, including the use of resume databases and social media platforms. Identify and pre-screen candidates based on established criteria and operational needs. Conduct pre-screening calls and assist with phone or virtual interviews under supervision. Coordinate the various stages of the recruitment process, including assessments, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
